Effective Date: 5/30/2026

By purchasing or using any Horse Talk Educational Resource, you agree to the terms below.

1. Digital Product License

All Horse Talk Educational Resources are digital educational products. When you purchase a product from Horse Talk Educational Resources, you are purchasing a license to use the material according to these Terms and Conditions.

You are not purchasing ownership of the copyright, written content, images, designs, illustrations, worksheets, posters, lesson plans, games, activities, or any other part of the resource.

All materials remain the intellectual property of Horse Talk Educational Resources.

2. Who May Use Our Products

Horse Talk Educational Resources may be used by:

- Homeschool families

- Parents and guardians

- Riding schools

- Riding instructors

- Horse camps

- Equestrian education programs

- Teachers, tutors, or group leaders using the materials directly with their own students

The resources are intended for educational use with your own children, students, lesson clients, or campers.

3. Use by Homeschool Families

Homeschool parents and guardians may use purchased Horse Talk materials with the children in their own household.

Homeschool families may:

Download the purchased file for their own household use.

Print copies for their own children.

Use the materials during homeschool lessons, horse-themed learning, family learning activities, or personal education.

Reprint pages as needed for their own children.

Homeschool families may not share, forward, email, copy, upload, give away, or distribute the digital file or printed copies to other homeschool families, friends, relatives, homeschool groups, co-ops, or organizations.

If another family would like to use the resource, they must purchase their own copy from Horse Talk Educational Resources.

4. Use by Riding Schools, Instructors, and Horse Camps

Riding schools, instructors, horse camps, and equestrian education programs may use purchased Horse Talk materials with their own enrolled students, lesson clients, or campers.

Riding schools, instructors, and camps may:

Download the purchased file for use within their own program.

Print copies for their own students, lesson clients, or campers.

Use the materials during riding lessons, unmounted lessons, theory lessons, horse camps, workshops, rainy-day activities, educational programs, or barn learning activities.

Send home printed worksheets, completed activity pages, or printed handouts with their own students or campers.

Display printed posters, charts, and visual aids at their own facility.

Use the materials as part of their paid lesson, camp, or educational program, as long as the Horse Talk material itself is not being sold separately.

For example, a riding school may purchase a Horse Talk worksheet and use it during a paid horse camp or weekly lesson program. That is allowed.

However, a riding school may not sell the worksheet, include it in a separate product for sale, distribute the file to other riding schools, or give the file to another instructor, barn, camp, or business.

5. No Resale or Redistribution

Horse Talk Educational Resources may not be sold, resold, shared, forwarded, uploaded, copied, reproduced, or redistributed in any way unless written permission is given by Horse Talk Educational Resources.

You may not:

Sell or resell our digital products.

Sell printed copies of our products.

Give the digital files away for free.

Forward the files to another person, family, instructor, riding school, barn, horse camp, homeschool group, co-op, or organization.

Upload the files to a website, social media group, online classroom, shared drive, file-sharing platform, membership site, or resource library.

Share the files in Facebook groups, homeschool groups, instructor groups, barn groups, or camp groups.

Include our products inside another course, workbook, curriculum, camp packet, membership, online class, digital download, or printed product.

Claim the materials as your own.

Remove copyright notices, logos, branding, or credit information.

Use the materials to create competing products.

These restrictions apply to both digital files and printed copies.

6. Student and Camper Copies

Riding schools, instructors, camps, and educational programs may print copies for their own students, lesson clients, or campers as part of their own educational program.

Students and campers may take home printed worksheets, handouts, or completed activity pages that were used as part of their lesson, class, or camp.

However, students, parents, and campers may not be given access to the original digital files unless the product specifically states otherwise.

7. Staff, Helpers, and Counselors

A riding school, camp, or instructor may allow staff members, assistants, helpers, substitute instructors, or camp counselors to use the materials only for the purpose of teaching or helping within the purchasing program.

Staff members, helpers, and counselors may not keep, copy, reuse, sell, share, upload, forward, or distribute the files outside of the purchasing program.

For example, a camp may print materials for counselors to use during camp. That is allowed. A counselor may not take the digital file and use it later at another barn, school, camp, or business.

8. Homeschool Groups, Co-ops, and Group Classes

A homeschool parent may use Horse Talk materials with the children in their own household.

Use in homeschool co-ops, group classes, paid classes, clubs, or multi-family programs requires that the purchasing instructor or group leader use the materials directly with their own enrolled students.

One family may not purchase a product and distribute it to all families in a homeschool co-op or group.

If multiple families, instructors, or group leaders would like their own access to the materials, each family or instructor must purchase their own copy unless a group license or written permission has been provided by Horse Talk Educational Resources.

9. Printing Permission

Your purchase includes permission to print the materials for your allowed use.

You may print:

Copies for your own children.

Copies for your own students, lesson clients, or campers.

Lesson materials for your own riding school, homeschool, class, camp, or educational program.

Posters, charts, or visual aids for display in your own home, classroom, barn, riding school, or camp.

Printing permission does not allow resale, mass distribution, commercial printing for resale, or distribution to other families, barns, riding schools, instructors, camps, organizations, or groups.

10. Digital File Sharing

Digital files are for the purchaser’s use only.

You may not upload, store, or share Horse Talk files in any location where others can access, download, copy, or distribute them.

This includes, but is not limited to:

Google Drive folders shared with others

11. Commercial Use Within Lessons, Camps, and Programs

Riding schools, horse camps, instructors, tutors, and educational programs may use Horse Talk materials as part of their own paid teaching services.

This means you may use the materials during a paid riding lesson, horse camp, homeschool class, workshop, unmounted lesson, rainy-day activity, or educational program.

However, you may not sell the Horse Talk material itself.

Allowed example:

A riding school purchases a Horse Talk stable safety worksheet and prints it for campers to complete during a paid camp week.

Not allowed example:

A riding school purchases a Horse Talk stable safety worksheet, adds it to a workbook, and sells the workbook separately to students, parents, or other riding schools.

12. Modifying the Materials

You may not copy, redesign, alter, edit, adapt, translate, or modify Horse Talk materials for resale, redistribution, public sharing, or use in competing products.

If a product includes editable or fillable pages, those pages may only be edited for your own allowed educational use.
